Description
We’ve received a ton of questions regarding our next pop-up. We hear you and thank you! Pop-ups during a pandemic pose challenges, and we’ve taken our time in finding a solution that will allow guests to safely distance themselves from others. While we’re not quite ready to have you dine in with us, we are ready to send you home with ramen kits! These bad-boys come with everything you’d find in our normal bowls of ramen: broth, fresh noodles, aroma oil, and toppings. The only difference is the noodles are left uncooked, allowing you to quickly make the bowl of ramen at home without the to-go mess of soggy noodles. Ramen kits are available pre-order only with pick-up on Saturday, November 21st from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Chow Public Market.
We’ll also have 3 different bottles of sake available for purchase at the Chow Public Market bar. You can sip on some sake via Chow’s large and socially distanced market or simply take it home with you! We’ve carefully picked these awesome bottles and all sake sales support Chow Public Market, who graciously allow us to use their commissary space.
This pop-up’s featured ramen is the delicious chicken shio! The broth starts off with local farm fresh chicken which sits at a bare simmer on the stove for 8 hours. The broth is then carefully strained, combined with niboshi dashi, and seasoned with a blend of Hawaiian sea salts. The result is a light and super tasty bowl of ramen.
