Description
This pop-up’s featured ramen is the super delicious garlic tonkotsu! This broth is made with local farm fresh pork, which jostles at a rapid boil on the stove for 12 hours. Roasted garlic and blackened garlic oil are added to help cut through the richness of the broth, which is seasoned with a blend of soy sauces and dashi.
