If you’ve made instant ramen before, then you’re in luck as we’ve made our ramen take-home kits just as simple. Tag us @iamnoodlemonster so we can see your finished bowl!
Step 1: Bring a large pot of water to a boil and gather a strainer for the noodles.
Step 2: Remove the lid from the broth container and place the container in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until the broth is very hot. Be careful the broth does not boil over. You can reheat the broth in a saucepan as well, keeping the broth just below a bare simmer.
Step 3: Add the noodles to the pot of boiling water, stirring frequently in the beginning so that the noodles do not stick together. Boil for 3 minutes and strain well. Reheat your broth if it has cooled down. You want it hot enough so that it will not cool down when you add your remaining ingredients.
Step 4: Carefully add the broth to a serving bowl – followed by the noodles, egg, chashu, menma and green onion.
That’s it. Slurp away!
The ramen will be good for 2 days after pickup. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
